Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on unwanted personalised products. If you've used it or given it your personal branding, it's yours to keep.
We are unable to refund any extra postage costs paid at the time of placing your order, for any unwanted/incorrectly ordered items.
Once we receive your unused returned item, expect a refund or replacement to be processed within 3 - 5 working days.
