Removing a cracked screen protector without damaging your phone's screen can be done carefully by following these steps: 

1. You'll need a thin plastic card (like a credit card), a piece of duct tape or a suction cup, and a clean, soft cloth. 

2. Loosen the Edges: If the edges of the screen protector are not already lifting, use the plastic card to gently pry up one corner of the protector. Insert the card under the edge, and gently wiggle it back and forth to start lifting the protector. 

3. If the plastic card method is difficult, you can use a small piece of duct tape. Stick the tape to one corner of the screen protector, leaving a small tab for you to pull on. Gently pull the tape upward to lift the protector. Alternatively, you can use a suction cup, especially if the protector is mostly intact. Press the suction cup on the screen protector and gently pull up to lift it. 

4. Once the protector starts to lift, slowly continue pulling it away from the screen. Be sure to go slowly and evenly to prevent any pieces from breaking off and to avoid damaging the screen. 

5. After removing the protector, use a clean, soft cloth to wipe away any residue or dust from the screen.
