We offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee on all unwanted items returned to us within 30 days* in an unused condition. *Excluding Almost Perfect Items

Please note that we will be unable to offer a refund on items that have been personalised (unless they have a manufacturing defect) - These are yours to keep! 

For Almost Perfect items, we have a separate 14-day returns window if the product is returned in a saleable and near-perfect condition. As pre-loved items, we hope you’ll understand that we cannot offer a 12-month warranty or exchanges.
