You can confirm your exact phone model name and number. You can do this in your Settings:

Go to 'Settings' 

For Apple iPhones: 
Click the 'General' Tab
Click the 'About/About Phone' Tab 
Then your phone model should be mentioned on this page

For Samsung phones:
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
Click the 'About/About Phone' Tab 
Then your phone model should be mentioned on this page 

For Google phones:
Click the 'About/About Phone' Tab
Click the Regulatory Labels
Then your phone model should be mentioned on this page.

For Huawei phones:
Press the side button and go to 'Settings'
Click the 'About/About Phone' Tab
Then your phone model should be mentioned on this page.
