Will redeeming points affect my loyalty tier?

No. Redeeming a reward will reduce your available points balance, but the points you've earned will still count towards your membership tier progress.

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item and receive a refund, any loyalty points earned on that refunded item will be deducted from your points balance.
